Over 30 days, you’ll learn how to purchase, prepare, and cook traditional food staples including butter, fresh yogurt, and rich and creamy ice cream as well as ribeye steaks, meatballs, and fish accompanied with traditionally made sauces and condiments such as homemade mayo (without vegetable oils, of course).

The course starts by teaching you how to make traditional food basics such as butter, gelatinous bone broth, and cheese teeming with beneficial bacteria progressing into teaching you how to master wholesome meals such as meatballs, ribeye steaks, scallops, and shrimp in butter sauce as well as Heathar’s favorite vegetable dishes like Roasted Cauliflower with Artichokes + Lemon and Hearty Spinach Gratin.
